Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS 250g spaghetti (any size fresh or dried) 200g smoked salmon (thinly sliced) 2 cloves of garlic (crushed) 250ml cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons capers (add more if you love them) 2 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice (depending on how much you love the lemon taste) 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley (roughly chopped) 1 teaspoon pepper HOW TO MAKE IT 1. In a large pan, boil water and cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. 2. In a large bowl, mix all the other ingredients together cold (no cooking required); the cream, salmon, lemon juice, pepper, crushed garlic, capers, parsley, and 3/4 of the grated Parmesan.
